“Courage and perseverance have a magical talisman, before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish into air. These qualities have ever been displayed in their mightiest perfection, as attendants in the retinue of strong passions.”

 

Big words from the 18th century, but as a new fall semester now appears before millions of college students, remember the first sentence.  The difficulties and obstacles of passing classes in order to get to the final goal of a specific degree in a specific field will vanish (or be overcome) through courage and perseverance.
